If you don’t learn to love the pain, the waves of pleasure will kill you. Eyes up here, bro. You will drown if you don’t pay attention right now. Because we need to get you up to speed on surviving the crazy situation we’ve found ourselves in. This baptism will cleanse you of the real pain. And if you survive, give you the skills to accomplish next-level things!! Trust me, bro. No sugarcoating this one. I am not your friend or your mother. Step one, sink entirely below the bubbles. Don’t let any part of you show because the sharks are peering straight in your direction. Step two, let the suds into your lungs with a deep breath. Fill every sinus. That is when you will sense the most fear. Be careful because if you fail you must immediately try again! And you’re most vulnerable while coughing above the surface. Step three, you suck even more! It hurts but let the pain last as long as you need it to. However, no less than 69 seconds because that’s how long it takes for the predators at the surface to leave you alone. But if you aren’t the type to fight through the pain then I’m sorry. The ones lurking deeper already smell your fear. And ripened fear bursts when bit.”
